THURSDAY, MARCH 31

We’ll kick off our festivities with a light dinner and ice cream social! Vocare International President, Vanessa Riutta, will greet us with an overview of the conference vision, goals, and events. 

FRIDAY, APRIL 1

We will dive into an interesting day with workshops on How to Run a Meeting, Theology of a Call, and Vocare Q&A, lead by Vocare International Steering Committee members. Worship-based free time activities will include yoga/centering prayer, praying through color, and a silent, meditative hike. 

SATURDAY, APRIL 2

A big day with workshops on Budgets, Public Relations, and Organization of Diocesan Steering Committees, as well as our large General Assembly meeting and Voting session. The evening hours will house a party night, with a cookout, live band, and outdoor games, ending with a special Eucharist.
